The word journey is defined as:

I found this word appealing because I feel as though I am beginning a new journey in my life, and because I know this journey will be incredible, I feel the need to document it as I go.
This is more than just weight loss story, or a diary blog. This is my life. This is autobiographical and multifunctional. It is an outlet, a way to have accountability in my life, and a way to see where I am going wrong. No holds barred.
